AI helpers that stick to your numbers

What the helpers do

On Enterprise, and as an add-on to the other plans. The helpers explain, summarise and draft. Indiploy does every calculation, and every decision is made by a person.

• Answers for candidates about their own package (Candidates and employees): While they build their package, a person can ask in plain words what a part of it means, and the answer comes from the figures on their own screen. Fewer questions back and forth with HR, and people who understand the whole package, not only the salary.
• A short summary of each submitted package (HR and hiring managers): Two or three sentences on what the person asked for, then the points worth checking: cost against the target, choices at the edge of a limit, and large benefits with tax on them. Each review starts from the points that matter, with every figure beside it.
• Drafts of the messages you send (HR): The note to candidates when you invite them, the message with a counter offer and the close-off email, drafted from the package and what you want to say. Clear, kind messages in a consistent tone, written faster. You edit each one, and nothing is sent until you send it.
• A help assistant on every page (Everyone who uses Indiploy): Ask how to do something and get the steps from Indiploy's own help guides. People find their own way without waiting for a reply.

The rules every answer follows

• Indiploy does the sums. The AI is given the figures Indiploy worked out and may use only those.
• Every answer is checked before anyone sees it. Amazon Bedrock guardrails stop personal financial advice and attempts to get round the rules, hide personal details such as phone numbers, and check answers about a package against its figures. Indiploy then checks every amount in the answer against the figures it sent. An answer that fails is not shown.
• The AI cannot change a package, send a message or make a decision. A person does.
• Indiploy records that a request was made, but not the question or the answer.
• Each company has a monthly number of requests, and a company admin can switch the helpers off.

Your data and the AI

Your company decides whether the AI helpers are used, and what goes to the AI is limited to what each request needs.

• You choose: The helpers are part of Enterprise and an add-on for the other plans. A company admin can switch them off, and back on, at any time under Company settings, AI helpers. While they are off, nothing is sent to the AI.
• Only your own data: Each request carries only your company's figures that the request needs. Indiploy checks every role and package belongs to the person's company before anything is sent, and a candidate can ask only about their own package.
• Personal details masked: Email addresses, phone numbers, tax file numbers and card numbers are masked before a request is sent.
• Not used to train AI models: Indiploy does not use your data to train any AI model. AWS states that inputs to and outputs from Amazon Bedrock are not used to train Amazon Nova or any third-party model, and are not shared with model providers. • No copies of questions or answers: Indiploy records that a request was made, but not the question or the answer. Amazon Bedrock's optional request logging is not switched on.
• Where requests are processed: The helpers use Amazon Nova 2 Lite through Amazon Bedrock with a global inference profile, so a request may be processed in any AWS Region that offers the model. • In your agreement: These commitments are in clause 6.11 of the SaaS Services Agreement.
